Firm Overview
The Law Offices of Christopher M. Welch was formed on January 1, 2000 as a successor to the firm Bolick & Welch which had been in existence since 1985. The firm continues the tradition of providing exceptionally high quality legal services within our clients' own community. At the same time, we are committed to a level of client service that is rare in the business that is the practice of law.
We understand that what our clients need is to be able to transfer to us, their worry about the problem being fixed or the job getting done. While results can never be guaranteed, we know that results are ultimately what matters most to the client.
Our main are of concentration is Real Estate Law.
We handle all range of matters related to real estate, including:
- the purchasing, selling and refinancing of residential property
- the purchasing, selling and refinancing of commercial property
- preparing Purchase and Sale Agreements and all other contacts related to real estate transactions
- land use and zoning matters
- landlord tenant issues
While these areas do not constitute our entire practice, they represent our areas of concentration. Of course, we will not hesitate to provide a qualified referral to a client whose needs do not fit the profile of our practice.
